The highlight of my experience with Orchard was the real estate agent assigned to me. He was very patient and helpful. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me multiple times. This was my first home selling experience and Steve made it super easy. Communication was great! And when needed his advice was on point.

The great customer service I received. My listing agent kept me updated on everything. Customer service was #1. Employees were very happy and helpful showing the locations. We had picked lots of locations and they showed them all with a big smile. Christine was great at helping me navigate the process and had valuable advice.

The listing agent was in her element when we recieved multiple offers: she was a general on the front line. She was a fierce negotiator acting on our behalf and we knew we were good hands. Her knowledge helped us get the right offer for over the asking price. She was awesome!

There's no better way to remove the stress of moving into a new home than being able to make a strong cash offer and only needing to worry about a single mortgage payment. The Concierge services removed nearly all the stress of finding contractors to do the necessary repairs when moving out of the home.
