Scope of Application

TXOUVRD-63 Voltage Protector is also known as automatic reset over voltage protection device and under voltage protection device. Applicable to he current or load for single-phase AC voltage 220V, frequency 50Hz, rated current 60A and below. As the single-phase line under-overvoltage caused by the neutral line fault to protect single-phase power equipment, it is mainly used for protecting residential household into the line or power distribution line of single-phase power equipment.

TXOUVRD-63 Voltage Protector (over voltage protection device and under voltage protection device) is 36mm wide, very convenient to be installed in the distribution box, the control circuit board select imported components, products with modular standard product, excellent performance and reliability. It can work in abnormal voltage conditions. When the utility voltage exceeds the overvoltage operation voltage value set for the over voltage protection device less than the undervoltage action voltage value of the under voltage protection device, the over voltage protection device and under voltage protection device can cut off the circuit quickly and reliably in order to keep the protection safe. When the mains voltage back to normal, the over voltage protection device and under voltage protection device can automatically delay the power on, restore power supply, all functions can be implemented automatically without manual operation. Light-emitting diodes on the panel can indicate working conditions of the protection. Indicator green light indicates working power, when the red light is off, it supply the normal power, when the red light is on, the protection function starts to cut off power supply.

Design Principles

Automatic reset over voltage protection device and under voltage protection device uses high-speed micro-low-power processor as the core, magnetic latching relay as the main circuit, modular design of the standard, when the power circuit is in overvoltage or undervoltage, the protector can quickly and safely cut off the circuit quickly and safely under continuous high-voltage shock to avoid abnormal voltage into the terminal caused by electrical accidents, when the voltage returned to normal, the protector will automatically turn on the circuit within the specified time to ensure that the terminal is in normal operation in unattended conditions.

Instructions

1, Correct wiring according to input (IN) and output (OUT) marked on the product (load power should be less than the rated power of the product).
2, Two-color LED's state of lower wiring pattern on the self-duplex over-undervoltage delay protection's panel: After the product connects to the power, the red light is on, OUT does not output power, after delay protection 1min ~ 2min the green is on, OUT output power normally.
3, Two-color LED's state of upper wiring pattern on the self-duplex over-undervoltage delay protection's panel: After the product connects to the power, ther red light is on, OUT does not output power, after delay protection 1min ~ 2min, the output indicate green light on, OUT output power normally.
4, When the over-voltage or under voltage, the product into the protection state, the red light, automatically cut off the load power; When the voltage returns to normal, the delay 1min ~ 2min, green light is on, the product automatically connects to the load power supply and returns to normal output state.
